The front staff JESS who helped me check in was wonderful. She upgraded my room and gave me a high floor with a late check-out. The room was HUGE and gorgeous. with a great view of the pool next door and a golf course. It's my second time stying at this hotel and I will surely stay again. Breakfast was included with our stay and we enjoyed it very much.

I had a wonderful stay at Studio City Hotel Macau. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the facilities are top-notch. The staff of JW Marriot especially when check in "Alexa" explain the hotel facilities very patient to me. Room service "Sue" did clean my room very nice and tidy. And "Grace" from the executive lounge fulfill all our request when we need help.
