St Paul's Bay, Perched Beach yakınındaki oteller

We stayed at the hotel for a total of 8 nights. Overall, the staff were very kind, helpful, and well-intentioned. The reception service was also as expected. Since the hotel is newly opened, there are a few minor issues, but nothing that significantly affected our stay. Overall, we were satisfied with our experience. However, on our last day, we asked if it would be possible to check out 1–2 hours later than the standard check-out time. We were a little disappointed when someone we assumed was part of the hotel management asked for an additional fee for this. After staying at the hotel for 8 nights, we would have expected a slightly more understanding and hospitable approach in this situation. Overall, it was a positive stay, but we feel that the hotel could improve in terms of guest satisfaction when it comes to situations like this.
