The hotel was fine, with easy parking and nice rooms. Breakfast was great! And so was the main restaurant at night. The location doesn't lend itself to wandering too far to find other places to eat, so this was a bonus. There wasn't any noise from traffic despite being on a busy road. (I'm a light sleeper, so it would have woken me). We'd stay here again if we visited the city.

Large business style hotel of the fancier sort. Clean and quiet room, friendly staff and onsite parking. Wifi worked well. Within walking distance to the La Venta museum (through a beautiful park). A large supermarket is also within walking distance. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and found it very good. Would definitely stay there again.

Breakfast in the dining room was limited to 1 price for the extensive buffet. I ate only fruit, coffee and a pastry and was charged the full amount. I argued this was unreasonable but still had to pay about 200 pesos. I think a continental option should be available.

The rooms had enough space for working and for 4 persons. It was very comfortable, super clean, the elevator was working perfectly, same as the airco and the hot water. The staff was very friendly and the area is safe. The beds are comfy

The hotel is in an excellent location, assuming you’re wanting to visit Parque Museo La Venta. They were kind enough to let us checkin 2 hours early, which was hugely appreciated as we only had one afternoon and one morning to explore Villahermosa. The bed was great, the air-con was awesome, and the shower was outstanding. The breakfast buffet was solid and varied.
