Herberg De Hollandsche Leeuw
Very friendly reception, good recommendations for places to visit
Nice location and very beautiful apartment
My room was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The bed was comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep. However, the stairs leading to the room might be challenging for someone with mobility issues. The hotel is in a great location, close to everything Leiden has to offer. Breakfast wasn’t included in the room rate, but the selection was good and the food was tasty.
Hotel VIC
Very clean, the ambient and very near from train station.
the hotel itself was good overall, it had a good breakfast variety but we did not take it. We were there for 3 days, and the hotel was very comfortable. The locaction is great - 1 minute walk from the train station and close to everything! Well worth it!

The staff is super helpful! I had a postal package that missed my day of departure, and the staff kindly offered to ship it back for me.
LOT Hotel
We received a free upgrade for a bigger room. It was amazing Also, the location is great, just in the city centre.
Location very central and easy to find. Close to station, main square and shops. I had room at front of hotel with view of square and canal. The second room booked was at back of hotel - annexe- with balcony and windmill view. Clean comfortable. Large rooms. Quiet. No problems.
The place was clean, spacious and extremely central. The owner was responsive and accommodating. We loved our stay!
