Hotels near Hempont, Zaandam

For me the location of the hotel in Zaandam was excellent. I wanted to be halfway from Amsterdam where I could visit the city center and its best historical sites and on the other hand, just 10 minutes in the opposite direction to reach Zaanse Schans and be able to walk next to the centuries-old windmills and their idyllic channels and fields. The room was perfect, the view of the city of Zaandam from the room was very nice. Breakfast was in a very pleasant dining room. It was very varied and complete. Great variety of cheeses, sausages, breads, juices, and lots of fresh fruit. The attention of the staff was very friendly. Faced with a need for information, I appreciated the intervention of Mr. Jaime Andreas Reservation Manager, who was superb and extremely efficient.

Rooms are very modern with all expected amenities. Loved the mezzanine floor for second bed to give more privacy. Perfect for our family of 4. Check in was quick and easy with outstanding communication.

Just lovely, we stayed in the suite. With the bubblebath, it came with a huge shower! Just loved our stay!

The apartment was more than I expected. Enough room for four people but it was three of us. It was nice and clean. It had a kitchen and all needed utencils. We loved the coffee machine! We had breakfast in the apartment that we bought at the near grocery store, it saved us money and it was delicious. The hotel is at the perfect location, close to city centre with public transport which is really easy to use and just 2 train stops from Schiphol airport. There is also few restaurants around, grocery stores and Starbucks. The staff was very nice to us and they met all our needs.

Location 5 minute walk to train staff very friendly and helpful decor was amazing

Clean , comfortable and perfect quality-price . A room like this in Amsterdam centrum is like € 200 and up . I pay € 59 per night ( 1 person )

I liked people which are working there. Everyone are nice and always kind.

The room was spacious and near the train station it made access to Amsterdam very easy

Clean, tidy, perfect location, comfortable in every aspect, nice bed and bedclothes, good quality towels, coffee machine and capsules, leaf teas… everything needed was provided, highly recommended

I was surprised by this hotel. The staircase to go up to the room is beautiful and the room is so comfy. It takes about 10 mins to walk from the station but it's an easy walk. We stayed till pretty late in Amsterdam and went back at about 12 o'clock but it still feels safe to walk back to the hotel.

The location is excellent. Everything is closed the coffee shop, supermarkets and restaurant. the staff was very kind and supportive. Location is good, quiet area.

I don't like big tourist cities.That's why I chose Boutique Hotel de Jade in Zaandam for four nights.I am very happy with it's location. 15 min by train from Amsterdam Central...The room and bathroom were cozy and clean.There is a fan and heating for the quickly changing the humid weather in the Netherlands.I recommend this hotel is a very good for the place.I will use it again.

Rooms look more beautiful and clean than photos

Our room was comfortable and the coffee machine made excellent coffee. The room was spacious and the shower was exceptional. The location was perfect as the next morning we took the train to the airport.

very easy to commute, right next to station for metro and sprinter, no traffic for driving as well. spacious room, and bathroom, very clean, a Spar store and a grill restaurant downstairs open till midnight. friendly staff

A quiet location with a beautiful harbor view. A sauna with a small pool is a nice bonus after a brisk day of walking. It’s a bit farther from the city center, but there’s a nearby bus stop—bus 48 goes to the central station. You can also take a ferry to the NDSM district, then transfer to another ferry to reach the central station. These ferries are free.
