Hotel is in a central location near the train station and main attractions. The room is spacious, clean and luxurious. Communication with hotel staff, Silvana, is via WhatsApp, and she is prompt and helpful in her replies. There is no lift, so need to be prepared to carry the luggage up a flight of stairs. Highly recommended to stay here if the latter is not a problem.

The host was very helpful, carrying our luggage up the stairs, giving us advice on local sightseeing. Our room was always clean. Lovely walk I. Shower with heated floor was a treat!

This was an exceptional find in the heart of Haarlem. Situated in an old building it has just been taken over by new owners who were on site every day. The building is beautiful, exudes character and charm. The room was large, quiet and well appointed. Breakfast was a special occasion and we felt totally spoilt by the team. Can’t wait to come back!
