Location was great - room had everything I needed Had trouble getting hot water to the room at night but the front desk sent someone up right away & it was sorted Breakfast was great and started early!

The staff was very accommodating. We were stuck overnight because of the train accident and booked the room at the train station and walk down to the hotel. They were waiting for us and showed us right to our room

The staff is very helpful, patient and friendly. We were traveling with our almost 2 year-old daughter and they were very accommodating. The breakfast is tasty, with fresh fruit and quinoa pancakes. The coffee is excellent.

Very good breakfast and dinner. Arrival and departure assistance at train station was very helpful. Good location. Made the early morning trip to Machu Picchu easy.

Amazing views from the hotel. The hotel staff were so kind and made me a bagged lunch to take with me to Machu Picchu since I had to check out before breakfast.

Kudos to Enzo — he went above and beyond what you would normally expect from hotel staff. The location was excellent, making it easy to get around, and the ambiance of the hotel was warm and relaxing. Overall, the service and atmosphere made our stay very enjoyable.

Location was perfect! Close to the train, 1 min walk to Ministry of Culture, and right at the bus loading for Machu Picchu. Nice breakfast. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Plenty of hot water (just had to wait a few minutes for it to turn hot). They held my bags until i left in the afternoon. The owner was friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend and could not have asked for a better stay in Aguas Calientes!

Every staffs are very accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful for the price, enjoying colorful fruits and freshly made eggs in a quiet lobby made my day always and I ended up extending my stay. A bit reasonable supermarket, cafeterias, artesian market are located in few mins from the hotel. Muchas gracias todos por hacer mi estancia muy agradable.

The owner was super nice for everything, and especially gave us accessories made from stone which has Inca power! We went to Machu Picchu the next day with that necklace which has a great fortune.
