Great location. 15 minute walk to the pyramid. Located in a lovely district. Beds very comfortable. Really good shower. Staff lovely. Allowed us a later check out which was appreciated. Fresh omelette at breakfast was delicious.

The location is excellent. If you enjoy walking and exploring, many tourist attractions are within walking distance. The hotel was very clean, and we received room service every day. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was included and delivered directly to our room. You can schedule it in advance, and they are always punctual. I highly recommend this hotel — the price was very affordable considering the quality!

The location and staff support were amazing!

We arrived very early at 7:30am and they were very accommodating, getting our information ready in case a room became available early. They took our luggage, gave us access to the wifi and let us sit on the comfy sofas until our tour arrived. We ended up paying for breakfast, which was good. Every staff member we spoke to was very friendly and spoke very good English. The room itself was very nice and in a good location. My husband was very happy there was a fitness room! We enjoyed this Sonesta so much we ended up booking another Sonesta hotel in Cusco!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The entire staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and welcoming. The breakfast team was especially wonderful — by our second day, they already knew our names and remembered what we liked, which made us feel very well taken care of. The hotel is brand new, everything is spotless and very well maintained. We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

I liked the convenience of staying at this location. The hotel is close to everything a tourist needs. The staff at the front desk and restaurant did an excellent job, above and beyond what is required of them. I give special thanks to Pherla. She is an employee at the front desk who responded to all my needs with professionalism and dedication. The food at the restaurant is good and the breakfast buffet is very decent. The rooms are nice, clean, modern-looking, and well-maintained. The beds and pillows are super comfortable. I was glad to have Air Conditioning available in the room. I kept it very cold (how I like it).

Location is exceptional. Close to anything and everything you might need. Breakfast buffet included is a plus.
