We stayed here during two typhoons that came through El Nido, and the experience was beyond anything we could have hoped for. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. Their attentiveness during such a stressful time (for them even more than us) meant the world to us. Special thanks to Jill, Carl, Alvin, Jessica, Margaret, Janelle, and manager Russel, every single one of them was fantastic in their own way. Their kindness, calm presence, and constant support to help with any and all arrangements made our stay unforgettable.The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and in a great location close to everything. Our room was well-kept, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming and relaxing despite the weather. The location is great, the service is outstanding, and thanks to the team, we would 100% come back for the staff alone, truly felt like family. Highly recommend!

Had an amazing stay at this place. The staff is incredibly welcoming and nice to be around, special thanks to Remy for being extra nice and helping with organizing tours, transfers etc. They also offered us free sunbeds at Nacpan beach at another property of theirs. Ladies will appreciate the Dyson hairdryers in the room. Overall, a great experience every hotel should aspire to.

Loved the staff and location. Lio beach is one of the better beaches in El Nido and not in the main section where’s it’s a bit more touristy however I’d say it’s in the nicest area and still close to the airport, lovely restaurants/cafe. The rooms were also spacious and kitted out with the best interiors AND includes a Dyson hairdryer. Very lux and great service. The staff were lovely and so respectful and positive.
