Where I come from, I work at a 5 star Hotel. So I know a lot about how to make Hotel guests feel extra special. Ferra Hotel you never disappointed us! You are indeed our Friendliest Host in Boracay! From the moment we arrived til we left, we had such a great time. The staff was super friendly and helpful with everything! They were fast when they assisted and helped us when my youngest son got stung by a sea urchin. Even the chef in the kitchen offered his assistance. We are so overwhelmed how kind you are to us. We never regretted we stayed at Ferra Hotel. Where we come from, we are used to walking. And the hotel is located close to Bulabog Beach. The place where you could spend some quite time because it's not crowded. The famous leaning coconut tree is also in the Bulabog Beach. It is also here you can watch the sunrise. Ferra Hotel is a 4 minutes walk to D'mall and 10mins walk to White Beach. What we love more about Ferra is they give us complimentary water every day. When we get back from a day tour, our room is tidy and clean. And did I mention about their towel, that are so soft!!! But I would like to mention the exceptional Ms. Que, for always checking up on us and asking how our day was. She also make the best Hot calamansi juice. Thank you for attending to all our needs. To Sir Reynard, the friendliest bartender. He amused us with his kindness way of serving. And to the chef, who made delicious and tastiest food. The best nachos, calamari and pancakes we have ever tasted. Overall the food at Ferra are superb! The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comforts and satisfactions. The luxurious accommodations, coupled with exceptional service, made our stay truly memorable. We can’t wait to return to Ferra again on our next visit. Highly recommended!

Quite possibly the nicest, friendliest staff i've encountered in 55+ countries of travel - they are all an absolute asset to Jony's and go above and beyond to ensure you have an amazing staff. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Jony's restaurant and bar (a few steps across the road) is right on the beach - with some of the best views of Station 1. The food is excellent and it's perfect for a sunset cocktail.

It was a nice updated and modern hotel tucked in a quiet alley. Their pool is refreshing and is shady but nice. Option to use facilities and Rooftop pool of sister hotel next door. Breakfast options were excellent and varied.

Diniwid Beach was quite peaceful and you'll see more...

Diniwid Beach was quite peaceful and you'll see more foreigners there than Filipinos. We ate at Dini Beach Bar and Restaurant and it was quite pricey, for a family of 10 and only one paying, it is quite expensive but if you spend only for yourself, I think the price is manageable but still quite pricey. Their food is mostly for one person per serving, there wasn't any food for sharing so it is not ideal for families of big groups. The staff also expect a tip after a 10% service charge included on your bill, which I think was a bit much. There is a nearby restaurant called Mama Restaurant or something that has a similar price but at least has bigger portions and for sharing foods.

View was beautiful and also the bathtub was good place to cool down after hot day. You can sunbath on your balcony whole day if you like and then cool yourself on bathtub. You can use free transfer to Citymall or Diniwid beach from hotel. Also you can order free ride back from these places just buy calling reception via WhatsApp. If you stay on suite, drivers will bring you up to the hill so you have to climb only stairs, but thats not very hard (if you are healthy). Wifi connection was very good. We stayed in Honeymoon suite 02.

The luxurious feel of the property and how it was at the very top, which gave us a wonderful view of the Diniwid Beach. Also liked that they had cleaners come over every day. Staff werw wonderful! Very helpful. They ordered food for us and called e-trikes for us. They basically did everything for us! No hassle no trouble at all.

This place is a little gem in Boracay. In the horror and chaos of what is overdeveloped beyond imagination White beach, Diniwid beach and this hotel are a little oasis away from that. This hotel sits amongst trees and is so quiet and peaceful, just a short walk to the lovely beach and awesome beach bar / restaurant. The staff are lovely and couldn’t do enough for us.
