Dear Team, Good morning. I booked a hotel named Al Shizan, but the hotel provided to me was named Al Biyaan and its location was also completely different from the one shown at the time of booking. At the time of booking, it was clearly confirmed that the room would have air conditioning. Later, the hotel staff created unnecessary drama and charged me an additional 2000 PKR for the AC room. Overall, I was misled with false information, wrong location details, and extra hidden charges. I experienced dishonesty, poor service, and unprofessional behavior throughout the process. I request you to please look into this matter seriously and resolve my complaint as soon as possible.
