Friendliest staff I've encountered in Poland; they made me feel really welcomed. The location is superb! I could see the town hall tower only a few hundred feet from my window, and I could hear its carillon chiming tunefully every hour. I even got a small upgrade to my room at no extra cost.

I was at hotel Grano many times. Most of times I visit Gdansk, I stay at the same hotel (Grano), but sometimes I try new hotels and then next time I’ll be sure that Grano is the best.

Best location in a old town , all attractions are 3-5 min of walk, friendly host who send us detailed plan how.to get in flat, accommodation good furnished even include tea, coffee and sweets, every equipment is working)

Good location, fully equipped apartments, the best place for short vacation

Our first impressions were extremely positive, as Elisa met us at the reception desk. She was extremely friendly, professional and helpful. The hotel experience continued on a high note - our room overlooking the harbor was very nice and quiet at night. The free Wi Fi was excellent. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a nice variety of selections for varied tastes.

Sustainable water facilities in rooms

The location is excellent, right in the heart of the old town. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The water dispensers outside the lifts are a nice extra.
