Very nice room great variety breakfast not far from old town about 30 min walk or tram

Everything was excelent. Staff was realy nice, spoke english. Spa was good, clean. Everywhere you can get free water for drinking. Breakfast was tasty.

Our stay at the hotel was excellent in every aspect. The room was very comfortable, and clean. The breakfast was complete, with a great variety of options and very good quality. The reception staff were always helpful , with special mention to Alicja, who was exceptionally friendly and polite. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely choose it again.

The room was so well appointed, the bed was very comfortable, I was glad there were tea and coffee making facilities, an excellent breakfast and the service was great. I would definitely recommend the hotel.

Personnel was amazing, breakfast in their associated cafe is really good, connection to and from the airport with bus 175 is extremely easy (less than 100 mts), close to old town and city center, honestly would stay here many many more times.

The service, the stuff everything was perfect

The junior suite was well equipped and very comfortable. The spa area was amazing and we enjoyed it very much. The staff was very helpful, friendly and we got an early check in on Sunday. Would definitely recommend it and we will return.

We celebrated my birthday on our recent trip to the hotel from October 31st to November 4th 2024. The Guest Relations Department ensured that we had a lovely room surprise and followed up with us to ensure that our stay was comfortable and everything was as it should be. The small personal touch and great service we have been receiving during our last four visits to Sofitel Warsaw, is the reason that we keep coming back. Again a Big thank You to all the staff at the Warsaw location, for all your hard work and efforts and we look forward to seeing you again in our future visits to Warsaw.
