Perfect location and it was very relaxing and cosy. The young girl at reception was extremely helpful, friendly and polite.

The location was amazing, right in the centre of everything. We came to Gdansk for the Christmas markets and they were only at the top of the street so was just a short walk away. The room was spacious and clean, comfortable bed and big bathroom. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. We took an uber to and from the airport which cost roughly €10-15 each way. The mall is also very close by walking and is huge. We were allowed to leave our bags in a locked room at the hotel after checkout as we had a late flight that night.

Lovely decor. Excellent, central location. Rooms are sizable, clean and comfortable. Lovely experience. Vast majority of staff were lovely and helpful.

Everything was as it should be plus the staff was amazing!especially the girl that looks like Spider-Man’s girlfriend (sorry I don’t recall the name) upgraded our room without a charge and was very helpful.

Absolutely spot on location. We had a studio with balcony and it was superB ! Cannot beat the location in Gdansk. If we saw ant staff around, they were always friendly and smily. Im trying to think anything to advise future guests to consider but there really is nothing. Perfect accommodation for two. Picture from our lovely sunny balcony.
