I had a really great stay at the InterContinental Warsaw. The staff were so welcoming and helpful, and I loved how they explained everything upfront without me even having to ask. When I ordered room service, the lady was so kind and lovely to talk to, and I really appreciated the small gesture of greeting me and saying thank you in Arabic. It made the whole stay feel really easy and comfortable.

Excellent location, 5 min walk to the station. The room is excellent: the bathroom is comfortable, the plumbing is new. There is free drinking water.

Great boutique hotel close to the center. Room size okay, bed comfortable, bathroom large. Big surprise the restaurant for dinner which is a nice fine dining place. Staff polite and smart, so all in all I only can suggest the place for everyone👍

There are no complaints, everything is within reach, you are connected by buses and trams to the city center, which is definitely a 10-minute easy walk.

The hotel itself is very close to the centre. Breakfast very rich and offered various kinds of meals to choice. Restaurant very good. Despite the fact it's next to the frequent way, there wasn't any big noise in the room from the outside, excluding very occasional noise from emergency or police sirens.
