These days, a hotel worth the price you pay is no different from another. What then sets one hotel apart? The manner in which the hotel treats its guests. It’s human touch. Raffles Europejski Warsaw has abundance of this. I must commend all the ppl fm the Reception and Concierge including Magda, Michael, “Voitek”, our Butler “Franceska”, and a lass trainee who checked us in expediently and others whose names we do not have. Mr Bartek fm Concierge was particularly outstanding. All the breakfast staff were excellent too, especially Jacob. The housekeeping and other hotel staff also did a very good job!!! Tq too to the Front office Manager Mr Arkadiusz Walfisz for his hospitality and professionalism. We had a wonderfully happy stay!!!

Everything was perfect! The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. I really appreciated the sauna facilities — both the dry and the steam sauna were great. The location was excellent, with many restaurants, the old town, and other attractions just a short walk away. Highly recommended!

Every detail of the hotel was thoughtfully designed. The rooms were incredibly clean and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location is also very central, making it easy to access all the key spots in the city. Thank you for everything – we can’t wait to come back!

The location is amazing. The room were so clean. Wifi was fast. The breakfast was great, they bring you a a plate with lots of food options, and also there are different and lots of choices on the other table that you can add. They also cook special omlette. Comparing with other hotels prices at the same area, this is much more better with more reasonable price. And the best of best all the personal at the hotel was so helpful, kind. Thank you.

The first impression of the hotel, from the entrance hallway and the big sitting area where the reception and the bar is located is exceptional! Just for that, you know for sure that things will be great. And of course, the hotel delivered since the room was amazing, clean, comfortable and much nicer than I expected (was one of the times that the real thing was better than the photos), and the same went for the hallways in the floors - there was a nice colouring concept as well since my friend was on floor 2 and everything was white whilst, I was on floor 4 and everything was black, really interesting 🙂 - I missed the chance to try the food but will make sure i will next time (yes, there's gonna be): on paper, it looked great as well. All was great, amenities were great, the staff was great as well, the room had everything and more than expected but don't get me wrong, the location, in my view (after all these goodies) is the real treat - there is literally no more central location than this. From here, you can explore the whole city plus, there is a very convenient pick-up inner road in front. Our stay here definitely made our trip better! P.S.: my room had a main city view and, while not the reason for the above, this added much value to my stay.

very sweet and helping stuff , fresh and very clean apartment , great location ( centrally located with many shops , cafes , restaurants around) , coffee/ tea facilities in the common area home- like) , clear instructions to check in , easily reachable by bus from the airport

Its location was one block away from the tomb of the unknown soldier. Wich means the old town was 20 minutes walking. It was the best location for this price.

Nice helpful receptionists, great breakfast. As always, Motel One delivers great value for money. Have previously stayed with them in Berlin, Hamburg and Frankfurt.

The Hotel was nice and clean, walking distance to the main old town. Bed was comfortable, room was spacious. Room service amazing. SPA service was excellent.

The spacious room, amazing breakfast. Nespresso machine in the room, electric kettle and tea upon request. The most spacious shower room I've ever seen. Super clean. Helpful and friendlyl staff. Very good location. Nice spa with a very warm pool at winter. The small details - umbrellas for guests, etc. Highly recommended.

A lovely hotel, well appointed and comfortable. Excellent breakfast buffet and kind, friendly, efficient wait staff. The hotel is also well located near many important sites in a charming neighborhood. I would easily stay again.

I had a really great stay at the InterContinental Warsaw. The staff were so welcoming and helpful, and I loved how they explained everything upfront without me even having to ask. When I ordered room service, the lady was so kind and lovely to talk to, and I really appreciated the small gesture of greeting me and saying thank you in Arabic. It made the whole stay feel really easy and comfortable.

Excellent location. Next to Kopernik metro station. Great neighbourhood with swanky restaurants and cafes. Nice view of the river. Comfy and toasty rooms.
