The hotel and the staff were incredible. Especially cleanness was amazing. In addition, the property was designed very well and the room was highly comfortable. We were completely satisfied and would highly recommend. We'll definitely prefer to stay again in our next visit to Porto.

We stayed here during our first visit to Porto and we found it a wonderful hotel. The staff were fantastic, extremely personable and helpful. I would like to give a shout to the young man (Jorge?) in the lobby who very helpfully recommended a number of places to eat and drink in the centre, all of which were excellent choices. I would point out that the hotel is a short walk into town down a steep hill and what goes down must come back up! Something to bear in mind if you struggle with hills, especially in the heat. That said, it's a few Euros in a cab to get back up the hill and taxis are readily available. The rooftop pool is fabulous and the bar is also very nice indeed. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and we would happily stay there again.

Everything! The hotel location is perfect, the services are amazing and so are the rooms. I have never seen such a clean service. Also, the bed was extremely comfortable and huge. I felt even better than at home and slept like a queen for the entire stay. The hotel also provides additional services on request which I only discovered by downloading the app. So I advise downloading the app as well. Breakfast was also incredible, as well as the quality of the food at the rooftop restaurant. I would always come back here.
