The property was clean and well appointed. The lobby area was fantastic. The room offered a newer bathroom and comfortable bed. The staff was outstanding and very welcoming. They spoke multiple languages which made communication super easy. The parking across the street was extremely convenient. The property was a couple of blocks from the Metro station which opened the opportunity to visit all the great locations Porto has to offer. I have already recommended this hotel to colleagues.

The hotel location was pretty good - close enough to city center, many restaurants and shops. There were several parking garages too that were not too expensive. The hotel building kind of looks ugly from outside (very utility-looking) but the actual room was GREAT. Very spacious, modern and clean. Beds were comfortable. The breakfast was also wonderful - great variety of food and everything was fresh. It was well-managed by the staff and the food was delicious.
