The staff was nice, helpful and welcoming. The room is clean. They have late check out depends on the availability which is very convenient for people who have night flights. They have luggage storage. The breakfast is great.

It was extremely crowded when we went in the morning.

It was extremely crowded when we went in the morning. Wall to wall people, could hardly see any of the exhibits or fish. No one wore a mask, and they let far too many persons in at this time. Very disappointing and uncomfortable.
