The service was above and beyond. For example, I called room service, but got no answer. So, I called the front desk to see what was up and within 2 minutes there was a knock on my door. The front desk clerk and the maitre d both showed up and took my order personally. Now that is the definition of service.

A comfortable bed and room. Great design and layout both in room and broader hotel. Alexis at reception helped us out big time when our original room had noise coming in from the nearby restaurant (he changed our room). Excellent service. Well done.

Excellent value, very good breakfast, high level of service and always smiling staff, exceptionally good beds, lovely garden and pool, a good location and secure, gated parking. Plus: food in the hotel’s restaurant was good, too. We ate there thrice (and we don’t normally eat in hotels) finding different dishes to try each day. Their burgers were better than in the popular burger joint at the big mall, which is also a short walk away. At the mall, you can find several restaurants, icecream parlour and a great supermarket Superseis, some brand stores, a good coffee house, etc. I see that some guests haven’t liked the brekkie, it’s why we hesitated booking so here’s what it includes: a huge premium toast (2 slices together) with a topping of your choice, for example smashed avo and poached egg (delicious) or scrambled egg and bacon (or instead of toast a huge bowl of fruits with avo). Orange juice and coffee are selfservice if ypu eat in the bar (ie not limited to one cup/glass), then you get a small cup of fruit salad each day and something sweet to end with (small cakes/macarons). Parking is in the garden with plenty of space, some shade and also one caravan plug. Gate height for bigger rigs is around 2,35 maximum (gate height can be lifted manually a bit, our camper is around 2,45 and we fitted in by removing stuff from the roof). Wonderful stay in a wonderful boutique hotel. The service was impeccable, the breakfast delicious (with fresh chipas provided on request). We felt completely relaxed in this little oasis in Asuncion.

The laid back atmosphere of the mansion is enhanced by well-furnished rooms overlooking an internal patio with plenty of greenery, a swimming pool and coffee tables. It's an ideal place to relax after a busy day. Wonderful breakfast with fresh fruit and aromatic coffee or mate. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location in Recoleta district.

One of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in. The pool was amazing, as well as the room, the breakfast (with a harp player!) and the overall service of the staff. I would definitely come back again!!

The gym has a magnificent view and it’s well equipped for a hotel. The bedroom is better than my apt. Absolutely gorgeous and very spacious. I ordered room service twice and the food was delicious. The pool is beautiful as well.

My stay felt like I was sharing a day in a family's life. Beautiful hotel set in a huge house, with lots of character. The pool was nice. The staff was really friendly and the manager even spoke fluent French. The hotel is located in a more residential area, so you can catch a glimpse of what "real life" is over there.

Very good value for money. Nice clean room, very friendly ladies at the reception who speak perfect English. Quite a big choice for breakfast, lovely rooftop swimming pool.
