Very nice guesthouse with a special vibe. All details are carefully designed and it makes the whole place really atmospheric and it is also absolutely clean. The staff is super kind, the breakfast is delicious especially the avocado toast and the fruit cake. As for the location: The main square is 3 minutes, tha castle is 10 minutes and the market is 15 minutes away on foot. In the garden of the guesthouse there is a restaurant with good food.

The building is an historic house, gorgeous traditional house, decor was very elegant, cozy, breakfast was good, they let us do the check in before the time we were supposed to, the personal was very friendly, specially the lady at the reception, wifi was working very good, the room was very warm and cute, we even had an upgrade. I totally recommend the place. They also have parking right outside the house. Very close to the main road.

We(my wife and daughter Sophia) stayed at Astoria hotel for 7 nights and was one of the best hotel we stay in lately . The superior double room is huge with big bathroom and very comfy bed . The spa& sauna and the heated pool are high standards and very clean . The breakfast got big variety also traditional romanian palinca (like vodka) as my grandparents used to have a small glass before breakfast enhancing your appetite : ) . The staff are very welcoming and friendly and go the extra mile for the quests needs . Special thanks to Andreea and Marius for their kindness. Situated only 5 mins away from the Castle we highly recommend and definitely going back when we have the chance . 5 🌟

Great location to visit the Prislop Monastery, very comfortable, good food and friendly staff. Would also be a great location for organised celebrations in summer or longer stays for relaxing in the region. Unfortunately we had only 1 night. Highly recommended

Amazing location—on top of a hill—perfect views all around, large rooms with decent quality and cleanliness, and a three-minute drive to Prislop monastery. This is the second time we stayed and will return most probably.

It's a great place to stay if you are planning to visit Prislop Monastery, the hotel is near the center of the town and is within easy walking distance of the shops and the river.
