The staff is amazing. All services are top quality with the professional attitude and on time! The hotel is clean and comfortable, rooms are noise-free, room service is excellent. Beds are extremely comfortable. Fantastic restaurant on roof top. All my requests and needs were met immediately and my stay was easy and comfortable as I wanted it to be. I felt pampered and taken care for. My friends used the SPA and said that the massages were excellent. I would definitely choose this hotel for all my stays in Belgrade.

Love back in Mark hotel. Central located, excellent for all activities, fully equipped room, great bathroom, always great people in hotel, very kind and spontaneous. Clean everywhere, cafe in lobby for smokers, excellent breakfast. Concerning my change of arrival time in my plans, they provided earlier check in than asked (also earlier), called me when room was ready (rarely experienced and travel a lot and stayed in many hotels). Choose Mark as a secure comfort choice is my fully recommendation for all!

Everything was perfect but the elevator was a bit slow. Location to centre needed a bus

The room was excellent. Comfortable equipment, clean and tidy. The staff very hospitable and helpfull. They allowed me very early check in for minimum charge. SPA ( on the first floor of the building) also great. You allowed to book it in advance for 1 hour every day. The hotel too close to St Mark Church and 15-20 min walk to old city attractions.

I had an incredible stay! While the room and amenities were great, the real standout was the staff. From the moment I checked in, everyone was so welcoming and attentive. A huge shout-out to the front desk, It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality. I felt truly taken care of and will definitely be coming back!
