Excellent and well managed. I was given an upgrade to suite and it was very comfortable. Complimentary shuttle to masjid nabawi was also very good service. Reception staff was very courteous especially Mr. Abdulrehman

we checked in very early, the hotel is very clean and the staff especially the receptionist Samira she was very helpful as well as very professional. we did not have iron in our room but as soon as we asked for it they sent immediately. all in all very quite and beautiful hotel👍

The location is great, very close to masjid nabawi, there are shops nearby as well for essentials such as food.

Everything was perfect 👍 I wanna give a suggestion, they must provide a box of tissues in bed room.

The hotel is good, neat & clean. Staff is very helpful, friendly & polite especially Mr Yousuf.

Even though I stayed for one night but the place and staff are awesome specially the gentleman I have met the first day .

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was very luxurious with a double bed and single bed - which was perfect for my family. Location of the hotel is good with plenty of shops nearby. A quick uber ride takes you to all the main areas. The price is very cheap but I have zero complaints about anything. Wifi signal is slightly weak in the room.
