This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at . As a frequent traveller I had the chance to stay at more than 20 hotels all over the world, I have to say how lovely it was this time. The staff at the reception, Ms Shahd, Mr Moutaz and Mr Maged not to mention the manager on duty were always there and very helpful. The bus driver, the porter were also very kind and professional. A very sweet gesture of the hotel and staff was offering a cake adding to this acomplimentary fruit dish as we celebrated my daughter's birthday. No thank you is enough and although I was thinking to change the hotel as I hoped to be staying nearer to the Masjid but the hotel felt it was home to us and we stayed and extended. Looking forward to our next stay and keep the good work.

The facilities is excellent...very moden and clean. No comment on the hotel.. It just that it a bit far for women as compared to man since the women prayer area quite far from the entrance of the mosque. In addition, there are lacking of food stalls in this area.

Neat, clean and modern interior. The staff are also very friendly and very professional. We had the opportunity to check out late untill 3pm. Shukran.

It’s location is good and staff cooperative

I was a bit apprehensive before my stay, but I am happy to say that the hotel exceeded all my expectations! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. A special thank you to miss "شوق," who made sure everything was perfect every time we crossed paths. Her attention to smalls details truly made a difference. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and well-managed place. Thank you again for this wonderful experience!

I only booked for 1 night because it was only a one day transit in Madinah. The staff were really care. I had a late check-in in the morning, and they gave me a late check out, too, knowing that I had a jetlag. The room was very clean. Complete basic amenities were all available, too.

I loved how the staff were very helpful. The unit was very clean and presentable. The place had two parts to it. One room for sleeping while the other one was like a living room. The living room had a sofa, T.V, fridge, and a kitchen, which was very helpful to wash fruits and vegetables. The hotel has a café inside of the hotel and it has many supermarkets nearby. I enjoyed my stay here very much.

The hotel is good, neat & clean. Staff is very helpful, friendly & polite especially Mr Yousuf.

Even though I stayed for one night but the place and staff are awesome specially the gentleman I have met the first day .

Extremely clean hotel, incredible staff really friendly and fast. Only downside is that its pretty far from the mosque. I'll be visiting again soon.
