The location is excellent, and the rooms are beautifully renovated and spotlessly clean. Mr. Khan, the floor in-charge, was exceptionally attentive and kind. The breakfast was delicious, and Abdul Razak provided outstanding service in the restaurant. Many thanks to the entire team for making the stay so pleasant.

I had a great experience at Maden Rawda Hotel. The property is new, clean, and well-equipped, with all necessary amenities provided. The reception staff were extremely respectful and professional. The location is excellent—just a 2-minute walk from Door 330 of Masjid Nabawi, and some rooms offer a beautiful view of it. Initially, I was given a room facing a nearby construction site, and the early morning noise disturbed my sleep. However, the receptionist immediately responded to my concern and kindly moved me to a room with a view of Masjid Nabawi, which I truly appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a peaceful, tranquil, and spiritual journey.

check in was quick ,and upon check out the receptionist was helpful. she was veryfriendly,polite,and classy. the cleaners on the same floor are working hard . breakfast is delicious . thanks to taghreed,abdulrazzaq and hanif.

The location is very near to Masjid Nabawi. The staff was nice, even though we arrived for check in at 1.30 am. They provide free parking so it was a major plus.

Friendly and welcoming staff from reception to porters and housekeeping. Great complimentary Arabic coffee and dates, everyday! Great location: walk straight onto haram terrace from hotel exit. Close to ladies entrance.

My second time staying at Madinah Hilton Hotel. The location is perfect, easy access to the Masjid al Nabawi, and so close to the womans entrance. The staff are friendly and helpful. Room service was excellent in both speed and taste. Close to Taiba Shopping Centre

Tremendous Location. Friendly reception Staff, Osama and Khaled. Flexible Early checkin obviously you have to pay extra. Humble and supportive Security guards. Khaled, Waleed. On call cleaning services are available. Good Services. I recommend Parking should be complimentary. As vacant space is always available for parking in the basement.
