the location is near from everything. respion reception staff helpful welcoming and friendly, Room clean especially the bed comfortable I'm very satisfied,I've stayed in this hotel more than 6 times and I'll always come.

I want to say I have a very good experience during the time stay in your hotel, as I travel from Dubai, Jeddah, Riyadh, Dammam, I got the best hotel I found. Decoration is very good and peoples are very nice, we will coming again if next time travel to Dammam. For the front desk, Mr. Al Waleed, very very good man, he help me to order food from outside because I do not have KSA tel number. I feel so warm when he agree. Thank you for all the staff hard working. but one suggest from my side, breakfast could arranged some Asia type, that will be much more better. Thank you again.

The location of the hotel and the hotel itself was exquisite. Opposite to the hotel is a mall where you have a lot of brands which you can shop.

Rooms were spacious and clean. My request for a smoking room was accommodated promptly.

The staff were very helpful. Very clean and pleasant room for my stay. Highly recommend this to stay. Will see you again soon. Thank you.

Very friendly welcomed at the reception. About 20 min after we had arrived to our room, we were given Arabic coffee, tea and some snacks. Room was clean.

Very friendly and kind reception guys, who were available and supportable by any question or rechecking and supporting late check out and etc. The place was very pieceful and confortable.
