I can't say enough about the incredible service at Swissotel. The team truly went out of their way to make us feel at home. A special shout-out to Amin from customer hotel services department, who was incredibly helpful from the moment we arrive at the hotel gate until the day we check out. He came to check again during our stay to see if he could with anything further. It’s rare to find this level of hospitality. Location is amazing to go and pray in Masjid al-Haram, and there are several food and shopping option just at few minutes walk.

We came to Umrah and our great journey started from Raffles where we met an exceptional hospitality! The staff at registration point, the butler was amazing! The location, the room view and cleanliness, the restaurant were outstanding! Our biggest appreciation and wishes of all the best to the most beautiful hotel in the world! Hope to come back next year!

Everything is very good. Room is wonderful. Thanks to the hotel staff.

The location was beautiful and near to Al'Haram. The suite was bigger than what I thought. They had 1 Bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and TV lounge. Then We had a Beautiful room with attached bathroom.

Great, clean, spacious facilities. The WC are big and clean. Fresh towels. the service is also excellent. Food options are many one floor down on the same building. Access to haram floor.

The location. They truly say that they r closest to Haram. The reception guy Mr Obaid ullah gave us an upgrade to haram view room. Once our air conditioner started dripping water. So within half an hr it got fixed by the ac technition and the receptionist also gave us option to change our room but due to their super quick service we didn’t change the room as our problem was fixed. Their single beds r very large. Two persons can very easil sleep on one single bed. U can hear the prayer call on speaker in ur room and can perform ur prayer in ur room with the imamWould definitely come again InshaAllah
