Wonderful staff and cosy room. Excellent breakfast with local food. Never had so much to choose from. The hotel is small and very personal. The manager is always available and you can ask anything. One of the best places this year!

During our recent family ski vacation through Sweden and Norway, we found ourselves in Östersund for just one night, and chose to stay at Hotell Zäta Longstay. Our trip was quite the adventure—we changed locations every day, so convenience and comfort were very important to us. Hotell Zäta turned out to be a wonderful choice. Arriving in Östersund, we were immediately pleased with the hotel’s central location. It’s right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore the surroundings and find everything we needed within walking distance. The self check-in process was straightforward and efficient, which was a relief after a long day of travel with our two children. We received clear instructions before our arrival, and within minutes we were settled in our room. The hotel offers underground parking, which was especially appreciated. Being able to park our car in a warm, secure garage and take the elevator directly to our floor made things much easier. Our room was on the smaller side, but it was cozy and thoughtfully arranged and with a big bathroom, with everything we needed for a comfortable night. What made our stay even better was the well-equipped common kitchen on our floor. Although we never met any staff in person due to the self-service concept, we were truly impressed by their dedication and honesty. After we checked out and continued our journey, after some days my husband realized he had left his AirPods somewhere on the trip. Not long after that the hotel contacted us and let us know they had found them, and then arranged to send them all the way to our home in Sofia. This thoughtful gesture really made a difference and left us with a very positive impression.
