AMBIENCE, LOCATION and breakfast buffet

Probably the Best hotel in Gothenburg

Everything perfect, great comfortable room, luxury bedding, loved the breakfast, all quality

I received help the staff in the dining room and at the front desk. I walk with a cane and find it difficult to carry items from the buffet to my table but each morning a waitress carried the tray to my table and brought coffee to me over at my table. The staff ar the front desk called to wake me each morning and helped me with my luggage. Hotel Flora felt like a home.

Excellent breakfast. A perfect location. Friendly, efficient and helpful staff.

A dream hotel. The best we ever stayed. Definitely our No1 choice next time we visit Gothenburg. (Michael on the reception desk, we hope you had a great gift exchange on Christmas eve!)

Room is spacious and with good amenities.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, able to store bags, didn't have to check out until noon. Loved the jacuzzi & sauna, also had excellent changing facilities. Well situated, only 20 minute walk from the bus station.

Room, warmed floors, 2 pillows, nice views, good shampoo and conditioner, nice view, good breakfast, automatical check-in and check-out

Nice and clean room and awesome breakfast with many options. We were happy that we got 8th floor room with Sauna and Gym facilities.

Warm , friendly and clean . Fantastic location with easy access to trams buses and water bus . Facilities were extraordinary with extra attention to detail such as shoe shine machine !! I had a standard double room which was really spacious and well appointed . Comfortable bed and super clean . I will definitely stay again and with my granddaughter next time all the child friendly activities scattered around will be great fun . Must finally add what a banquet of a breakfast they provide .

comfortable place and location easy to find

One of the best hotels I have visited. Everything was perfect!

The Location is great and the rooms are so good. The staff are soo helpful and friendly. A very family feel. The constant access to coffee/tea etc is so lovely. And the ability to cook food for yourself is such a good thing

Everything was great. The breakfast was epic with many options, and it was regularly filled up when something was empty. The room was amazing clean and really very hot that's was our only complaint but we turned off the thermostat and it went to lower temperature still it was really warm inside the room ! The location was really convenient. Everything was near, and in a walking distance, we loved the coffee spot that was there 24 7 to fill us up with caffeine and cookies and fruits! It was the highlight of the hotel! Also, the person who checks us in went above and beyond explain to us how to get more benefits and points if we become part of the best Western rewards, and he did it for us too! He was also really friendly and made us feel really welcomed! Excellent customer support will for sure choose this hotel in the future!

Breakfast was fantastic. Beds comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location perfect for easy public transportation or walking to anything.

Free parking, great hosts and information when checking in. Easy check-in/out

Lovely staff, comfy bed, great location. Close to the city centre which is available by ferry (free), bus or tram in 15 minutes. Breakfast was really great, huge selection of food! :) We spent 2 nights here, we really enjoyed it! Will definitely return.

We have stayed here a few times and the staff is always friendly. The hotel is nicely designed. The rooms are comfortable. Last time we got upgraded as well to a bigger family room which was great. The location is not central but we like it. It’s an interesting area to go for a walk. It’s dog friendly. Breakfast was great.

Great location, everything was perfect
