Breakfast was amazing, customer service and the spa!

We loved the breakfast! It was amazing and fresh! Staff were very helpful and super friendly! Location is very good! Honestly its a great overall experience. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The hotel location is perfect. The breakfast was great. The room size and cleanliness were very good. Also, the receptionist was very helpful and kind.

Location perfect in the center, trams around the corner. Room clean with high quality amenities and toiletries, comfortable bed with ample pillows, relaxing bath. Quiet with cosy designs. Healthy and tasty breakfast. One of the best hotels I have stayed in.

Location, room, facilities, restaurant

We loved the free coffee, ice cream, popcorn and cake! Also the small kids play area and games. The room was comfortable and big enough for a family of 4. Having a mini fridge was convenient. The shower was powerful and hot. We enjoyed the breakfast and the bar was nice for a drink in the evening. It was a short walk to the tram / buses

What I love most about this hotel is its location. It is beside the tram station, 2 grocery stores, a cinema, and good restaurants. Liseberg Theme Park and Gothia Towers are only a stop away. I also love the breakfast. It was repetitive, but the variety of food offered was fantastic!

The receptionist is very helpful and friendly and he recommended a few things for us to do and the tall gentleman is very personable and also processional ! The morning breakfast is very good and lovely fresh fruit with variety of cheeses and pancakes is delicious.

Very helpful people. A perfect location.

Great location, everything was perfect

All staff very friendly and willing to assist with some unusual requests. Room large and comfy. Great breakfast. Great access to tea/ coffee / drinks and biscuits made you feel like home.

An amazing hotel in the middle of Gothenburg. The room was clean, nicely decorated, and the bed was super nice and soft! The breakfast was also sufficient.

Nice and clean room and awesome breakfast with many options. We were happy that we got 8th floor room with Sauna and Gym facilities.

Charming little room with everything you need to relax after a busy day in the city. The interior design was tastefully put together, I was impressed by the attention to details. Huge plus for the hooks in the shower room that were just behind the curtain (so the stuff would stay dry) and still in the reach of the hand! Would definitely come again.

We had booked the deluxe room in order to get a bathtub, since that was something my spouse really wanted to do. Upon arriving we noticed that the room we happened to get didn't have one. We kindly asked the reception if it would be possible to switch (I would have been willing to pay) and they fixed us up with a bathtub room with a view to the water for free. Wonderful customer service.

Beautiful hotel with great breakfast. Staff very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!
