Front desk staff great Breakfast amazing

I wanted to surprise my husband for his birthday and the staff went out of their way to make everything seamless and comfortable. My husband loved his surprise and it was a very nice touch that he was wished Happy Birthday at reception and we had a lovely note left in the room. Big Thanks to Sofia for organising everything from being able to take our small dog who was supplied with a bed and food to making our dinner reservations at another hotel. My husband will always remember this. Highly recommend a visit!

Excellent experience, friendly staff , professional behaviour

Everything was exactly as we needed it! The hotels location is in the centre of the city, you can easily walk to alot of attractions from here. We stayed the night here on New Years since Berns also had a New Year party, which was great!!

Great central location. Good Breakfast, nice and clean room.

An exceptionally good experience! This was our first visit to Stockholm, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We were a group of four staying in two rooms, and everything worked perfectly for us. The staff were wonderful, communication was easy, and responses were always quick. Two of us arrived after an overnight flight and really needed some sleep, so being able to check in early was incredibly helpful and very much appreciated. It made such a positive difference to the start of our trip. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, the beds were excellent, the showers were great, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. We had a fantastic stay and absolutely loved our first experience of Stockholm. If I return to Stockholm, I will definitely choose this hotel chain again. Highly recommended!

Good location, nice stuff, interesting building.

Staff was great and it was very quite

Everything was very clean and the check-in went smoothly, we only had to use our phone. But the best was the details. The room has 2 reusable bottles of water for us to use, a totem bag and a Polaroid camera. There was coffee, tea and some chocolates.

Unbelievably great approach to service while creating a "feel-like-home", vibe. It was my third time at this hotel and I will come back again.

The hotel exceeded my expectations: excellent location, top-notch services, a very friendly staff, and a fabulous room — comfortable and perfectly equipped. Without a doubt, I will stay here again when I return to Stockholm😊

Our stay in this apartment was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Stockholm. From the very first moment, we felt something special. Not just comfort, but a genuine atmosphere of warmth and harmony. The apartment is absolutely flawless — impeccably clean, beautifully designed in authentic Scandinavian style, filled with light, calmness, and elegance. It’s the kind of place where you instantly slow down, breathe deeper, and simply enjoy being there. The sense of coziness is exceptional and rare. Every detail is thoughtfully arranged with care and love for the guests. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the silence was perfect, and the quality of sleep was simply outstanding. The location is another treasure — perfectly situated, close to everything, yet peaceful and private. Coming back to the apartment after exploring Stockholm was always a pure pleasure. This is a place you want to return to. A place that becomes part of your warm memories of Stockholm. Without any hesitation — the highest recommendation.

Very central location, close to main attractions, restaurants and transportation. Lovely staff, comfortable room.

Great Breakfast and Meal and personal at the hotel in the reception as well as in the restaurant. Cosy hotel in the centre of the town. Walking distance to Embassy and shopping districts. No problem to find a parking slot outside the hotel.
