Hotels near T-Centralen Underground Station, Stockholm

Our experience at this hotel was excellent. Access from the airport is extremely easy, as the express train arrives almost directly at the hotel’s entrance. The metro station is located almost across the street, making it effortless to explore all major points of interest in Stockholm. The staff was truly outstanding. Unfortunately, I do not recall the name of the lady who welcomed us at the reception, but she was kind enough to provide us with a room earlier than the official check-in time, which we truly appreciated. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable. We stayed as a family with two children in a suite, which comfortably accommodated us with a very comfortable double bed and a sofa bed that was also extremely comfortable. Space-wise, the room was just about right for our needs, but this was not an issue at all, as we spent most of our time exploring the city. Regarding value for money, I choose not to comment, as we visited during a very busy winter period close to New Year’s, when prices are naturally higher. One of the highlights of the hotel was the breakfast, which was truly excellent.

The hotel contacted me a few days before our stay to let us know that there had been a mistake with our booking. So they offered us to stay in a standard double room on the first night and then upgraded us to the suite on the second night. All the staff we encountered were nice and helpful, and it was such a treat to be upgraded. But am very happy to say that the standard double was just as comfortable as the suite in terms of bed, amenities, etc.

it was my 2nd time staying here, and I don't think I want to stay anywhere else whenever I visit Stockholm again. It's on the same street as the Central Station, which is the hub for EVERYWHERE. It's a 5 minute walk. When I got off the bus from the airport it was about 8 minutes walk to the hotel and visa versa the day I was leaving.

Hotel staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing with a really good choice. The restaurant was outstanding, and I would highly recommend dining there. The location is central and near the old town. It was easy to get to the stadium for the System of a Down gig.

Breakfast was so good! And the nice welcome with the little shot when walking in. Excellent choices for food. I even had lunch and dinner there. The lady's working in the reception where all so nice! Made you feel welcome. The little table walking out with fresh fruits and coffee to go - I loved it. Location perfect! I'm coming back.

In my opinion, the most outstanding feature of the facility was its helpful and solution-oriented staff. This is, in fact, what truly matters. Problems can always arise, but what’s important is how you approach them. I would like to sincerely thank the lady who supported us during check-in and the following processes (unfortunately, I didn’t get her name).

Hotel has an excellent location and is perfect if you are going to Stockholm for work. Breakfast is excellent too and the staff is very kind and helpful. Rooms are not that big but you have everything you need for a good stay.
