Excellent location, excellent staffs and hotel facilities. I love that and always stay at Hilton Orchard, Singapore when I visiting Singapore.

Room was quite basic but the rooftop pool was cool. I liked the robots that work as room servise.

Great location. Staff were lovely - very helpful and friendly. Free daily restocked fridge was great - so nice coming back after a busy day sightseeing to a freshly cleaned air conditioned room with refreshing cold drinks in the fridge !!!!

I stayed here several times already because I love the room. It’s clean. Everything was great here. The breakfast was great. The location is perfect. LRT underground station just right infront of the hotel. Shopping mall just at the side of the hotel. 5 minutes walk to Lucky Plaza.

It was perfect in every way. The room was amazing and huge. Everything was luxurious. Staff were so accomodating.

The staff was so kind and helpful. I got sick during my stay and they carried me to the taxi with a wheelchair, sent me complimentary camomile tea after my retiurn from the hospital. The rooms are spacious and the location perfect. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

We felt incredibly comfortable throughout our entire stay, as if it were our own little home away from home. Every detail, from the soft lighting to the calming atmosphere, added to the overall charm. It’s the kind of place you leave with a full heart and a smile, already thinking about coming back.
