Allowed early check in. The day we left we had a very late flight and asked for a late check out which was granted and the check out time, 2 PM, was very helpful. We also were able to store our luggage while we went out to do some sightseeing since we had such a late flight. This was VERY convenient.

Had a wonderful family stay, everything was just perfect. The location is absolutely amazing, minutes away from major attractions, restaurants & easy to get around, which made our trip with family so convenient and stress free. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, the staff were incredibly warm, attentive & always ready to help! From the welcoming atmosphere to the excellent service, it truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort, convenience and a great location 👍🏼

This might be my favorite hotel. It's in a perfect location and the room has everything you need. This was our second stay and we chose a cheaper room option than last time but still it exceeded my expectations. From the doorman to concierge to cleaners to restaurant staff, everyone is polite, helpful and friendly.

Location was great, being right above Somerset MRT Station. Room was comfortable. Amenities were complete. Place was clean. Even with the number of rooms in a floor, the place was quiet. Breakfast buffet was pretty good, too.
