Luxurious, high-end and very comfortable hotel on a good location. Breakfast is very good, including good barista coffee. We also loved the swimming pool with great view and the (complimentary) gym in the next-door shopping mall. Staff very friendly as well.

Jess at the reception was super friendly and helped us with any requestes. The rooftop pool is just cool 😎

Staff were so kind and helpful. They recognised my husbands special birthday with a piece of cake delivered to our room and a glass of sparkling wine for both of us in the bar. Facilities were ideal, hotel position excellent, food great. We would love to stay again!

Great location for our short over night stop over

Location is perfect, close to mrt and shopping centres! Our room had a perfect view over marina bay sands! We stayed here for our wedding anniversary! Customer relations manager Kimberly and the team went above and beyond to make our stay as best as possible! The room was decorated, a bottle of wine delivered and the whole experience was above our expectations

Exactly as pictured and great value for the price given the location. Check in was smooth, everything was clean and easy to use, and the whatsapp help team was great. Free laundry was a huge bonus as were the amenities in the room.

Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Clean room and common areas. They also have a partnership with a mental health service provider, which I appreciate.

Good location for mrt, Chinatown and other areas. Room was small, but think that's what you get in singapore, couldn't fault it tbh. Staff were really good. Lovely clean place, would use again

Our say at Heritage hotel was wonderful, great location, accomodation just like in photos. We did have a bit of a problem getting our digital key, but Jean, Edmar and Shanenn solved it efficiently and with smile. We appreciate that they were able to store our luggage for couple of hours after the check out.

Excellent service - clean and pleasant facilities. We were given access to pool and shower both before check-in and after check-out by a very service minded staff. Perfect if you arrive with an early flight in Singapore and leave on a night-flight.
