Location, location, location! The place is a little paradise. Deep in the. jungle in a spectacular area. It also has a small village in its back, which is nice to visit. It is a place for people loving nature at its roots... The place is basic, the rooms are very basics (no power in the rooms. No lights, basic shower- no hot water... but who cares). Do not book it if you love amenities, this is a place for nature lovers.

We stayed at the floating villas, specifically villa 210 which is the first one, giving us no neighbors to the right and the possibility to see the elephants bathing in the morning. The room is HUGE and the bed is super comfortable. We had meals in the hotel and all the food was good, but I’d recommend getting the barbecue! There are several activities but we really just relaxed on this hotel. We rented a bike on Nam Tok and it takes about 20 minutes from there to the hotel, and 40 minutes to the Hellfire Pass.

The property was on a gorgeous location on the river Kwai. Our host couple were attentive and looked after us, quietly making sure we had everything we needed. Nothing was too much trouble. They offer a driver service if required and also dinner delivery from a local restaurant if desired.
