PortugalWe stayed at the floating villas, specifically villa 210 which is the first one, giving us no neighbors to the right and the possibility to see the elephants bathing in the morning.
The room is HUGE and the bed is super comfortable.
We had meals in the hotel and all the food was good, but I’d recommend getting the barbecue!
There are several activities but we really just relaxed on this hotel.
We rented a bike on Nam Tok and it takes about 20 minutes from there to the hotel, and 40 minutes to the Hellfire Pass.

The Museum is incredibly moving.
The Museum is incredibly moving. We caught a Grab there to give maximum time and to make sure we did the longer walk rather than the short one. Well worth it. We caught the public bus back to Kanchanaburi but they can be erratic and cancelled. They are only 1/hour and we had to wait 1.5 hours because one was cancelled
