Very well located, walking distance to St. John‘s Church, Castle, dolmus station, train station, etc. Breakfast is delicious and very personal and Turkish. Staff really attentive and supportive.

It was a very nice hotel and we enjoyed our stay! The roof top terrace had such a loving view. Also the staff was friendly and really helped us during our stay. 💚

Excellent location to visit Ephesus archeological site, Basilica of Saint John, Artemis temple, etc. The hotel opened recently, and the room furniture is quite new and stylish. Excellent Turkish breakfast served at the terrace.

The staff is amazing, they do an outstanding job to make you feel comfortable and like at home. Special thanks to Belma, who made our stay unforgettable. The room was spacious and clean. Super comfortable bed, I’ve got the best sleep in many days there. The bathroom is new and spacious, special thanks for little treats for women like a great shampoo in the shower. Breakfast is very generous and tasty, you just can’t believe your eyes when you see the table full of amazing food for the first time, impossible to eat it all :D Overall an outstanding experience, big bravo to the hotel staff!

A nice, not to big family owned hotel. Friendly people who make you feel welcome. Location perfect, just a short walk to a lot of restaurants. Good atmosphere, authentic and well maintained. Perfect breakfast, fresh and delicious. Parking space just 20 meters away from the hotel.

We loved our stay at Pikan. The quite street was just a short walk from the main road of Selçuk, and just across there were plenty of local restuarants to check out. We were also roughly a 15 minute walk to the Temple of Artemis, <10 minute walk to St. John's Basilica, and maybe a 10 minute drive to Ephesus—you could not ask for a better location. It was very easy to leave our car on the street directly in front of the hotel. No matter the time of day or night, there was always a spot to leave the car (and it felt incredibly safe to do so). The breakfast each morning was plentiful, and the woman cooking for us was so kind. The prowling cats were a nice touch as well. The room itself was pretty standard—pretty much all you could ask for in a hotel room.

An extremely attentive set of staff. Honestly, so kind and caring. The room was new and clean. I witnessed thorough cleaning of the inside and outside of rooms each day I was there. The property is well positioned being quite close to the main city area, historical sites and cafes (a great one just around the corner). Quiet street with parking was also very helpful. The room was well furnished and well set out. Bigger than most rooms in Turkey. Water pressure in the shower was exceptional. A delightful courtyard with a well stocked fridge. Honestly, such a pleasant surprise.

Hotel is managed by a family which is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean. Hotel has an incredibly beautiful architecture and garden. Location is excellent to quickly reach out to Selcuk and touristic spots. The breakfast is top.

People is great! Ardaz is the best host I've ever had!

We found the 10 Hotel to be a wonderful surprise. It is just lovely, inside and out. The proprietor is a gentle man who helped us with everything. The garden is a magical space. We sat there for a long time, just to soak up the peaceful atmosphere and enjoy the flowers and fruit trees. Our room was lovely and immaculate. There are restaurants nearby. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Good location, the shared areas were very clean and big looked like new. Bed was very comfortable aswell and the owners super helpful very nice family business. The women there are amazing we really appreciated all the help they gave us and they were always super friendly even tho we couldn’t communicate much in English
