The Ciragan doesn’t fail in delivery. From the start you are doused with attention. The check in was seamless although when the Clark gave us options of other rooms we thought we were being upgraded a good marketing strategy it was not appreciated for such and establishment . The rooms are beautifully decorated with all the latest additions like usb ports. The bathroom is also great with all the amenities a nice addition would be a reed defuser with the signature Ciragen perfume this will add ambiance and make the bathroom smell sublime . The Spa is also great with a sauna Steam room and massage facilities as well as an indoor pool. The pool temperature was supposed to be 28 deg C but it was no where near that a bit of a disappointment so was the outdoor pool temperature not what was noted on the board. Breakfast was more than adequate and lots of options to suit anyone’s taste. The staff were efficient. Only on our last day we were put in a corner table and largely ignored. Check in was quick and easy. The concierge was knowledgeable and friendly. The hotel chain has been in operation since 1897 and they have got luxury and hospitality to the best one would possibly expect from them. A well managed hotel kudos to the manager and his remarkable team. A winner and a must stay in Istanbul

This is my second stay at Conrad, and I will definitely be back next time I’m in Istanbul. The property is comfortable, clean, and strategically located in a lovely neighborhood with beautiful views of the Bosphorus and easy access to some of fhe major tourist attractions. What I like the most about this hotel is its professional and friendly staff who strive to deliver top-notch service with a smile. A big shout-out to Ms. Gülbahar in the Excutive Lounge for her outstanding professionalism, hospitality, congeniality, and great attention to details.

Everything, staff was amazing and super friendly, they helped us with everything. Cleanliness was perfect, food was perfect, location was very good. For sure i will come back to this hotel in the future.
