Hello, everyone! So, first of all I can say that it is not my first time staying in this hotel. Istanbul is my lovely city and this hotel is my lovely hotel. And as everytime it was an excellent experience! The location of the hotel, the room is very comfortable and clean. Very friendly staff! As always! Beside it I would like to thank Ms. Esra, who was very friendly and helpful during my stay!

Very beautiful, the employees were so kind and helpful. There was an issue with my booking and the reception Manager Furkan was able to resolve it. I advised the concierge team that my partner and I had just gotten engaged and they prepared a special treat in our room which was so magical, it really made our stay so exceptional. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and beautiful. It’s very close by to the ferries which was very convenient!

The hotel is amazing, we enjoyed free access to SPA (pool, gym, turkish bath, sauna), I also tried paid Balanise massage and it was amazing . the staff are super friendly, welcoming and professional. the food is very tasty. the room is spacious and clean. I will definitely repeat the experience. the manager has check in on us to welcome us and left a letter of welcome with sweets. very lovely. Also, it is close to alot of bus stations.
