The facility was good, BIG THANKS to the kitchen staff and animation team. We also loved the aqua park for children, and the bus service to the pool Overall I recommend the hotel for families, it is good value for the money

What I liked is that is close to the beach, also the bell boy Kaan was very very helpful and he was trying to do his job properly.

Reception, staff, cuisine, amazingly clean and quiet enough for this type of hotel. Soundproofing is very good.

The children are never bored , the swimming pool is really nice and everyday activities. The staff are amazing, focused on giving excellent service. The food is always fresh and has good taste. We wished we could stay longer but definitely we will stay here again. It is a truly 5-star hotel with an amazing view and located at Hill.

The location and check-in process are very easy, and the staff is great with kids. Despite being a boutique hotel, there are dedicated play areas for children. Clean tidy hotel great staff especially the entertainment manager made our stay so funny and everyday was something new to do

From the very first day, the service was excellent. Even though we arrived early in the morning, the staff did their best to check us in as quickly as possible. We were given a wonderful room with a sea view, and it was cleaned every day. The food was delicious, and there was a huge selection of drinks. This hotel is perfect for families, offering entertainment programs and live music. The staff were extremely polite and attentive. The waiters cleared dirty dishes promptly and worked very efficiently. The hotel owner was very friendly and welcoming, and the reception team was available 24/7, always ready to assist with any request. We would especially like to thank Lutfi for his outstanding help and kindness. There is also an animator who does everything possible to ensure that both children and adults have a great time and never get bored. Overall, everyone was incredibly kind and friendly. We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel, and the children don’t even want to leave! 🙈
