The staff are of the most kind and polite you can get. Very helpful, always smiling even when I teased the manager he was so polite. It's very clean. Every day you get a shiny fresh room with clean sheets. The chef makes different delicious dishes every breakfast and there's plenty of choice. The location is perfect for transport. You really feel at home, not a traveler.

Right across from the metro station. Clean and spacious. Brand new hotel. Best quality toiletries. Friendly staff.

The staff are very friendly and polite, easygoing to communicate with. Safety and cleanliness are perfect in the rooms and the hotel itself. Quality of food ( breakfast): buffet changebel and deserves to try. Location and views: excellent choice to avoid wasting time in traffic jams. Historical mosques, museums, shopping.. etc are easy to reach. Price: very good deal compared to the mentioned advantages and to the other offers.

Lovely high-end hotel worthy of its 5-star rating. Decorated in a modern yet warm styling, feels like a temporary home away from home. I loved the layered warm lighting in our room, where you're able to set warm ambiental lighting to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, both at the reception and at the hotel restaurant. Shout out to Kübra who was very kind and welcoming, and especially to the two kind gentlemen at the reception (sorry I didn't get your names) - first thing after we arrived they gave us very helpful and detailed info on what to see in Istanbul, what to watch out for, and how to get where we needed. They even helped us with hamam suggestions, reservation and transport. Amazing service!
