The location and the huts are amazing The restaurant was great, breakfast and dinner as well. Yidiray was more than exceptional. He did everything to make us comfortable. He, and the lady, were super helpful, welcoming, and professional. Thanks a million

The staff were all incredibly friendly. Fantastic location fro skiing at Mt Uludag. Food and service was amazing, the buffet breakfast was amazing. Spa was free and incredible. Would highly recommend, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Hotel was as described on booking.com All staffs are friendly, kind and very welcoming. Rooms were very clean/neat and well maintained. Breakfast was delicious and unlimited. Unexpectedly very good. The hotel is centrally located to most attractions. The hotel deco is charming and the breakfast spread is decent. Special mention to the front desk staff, Asli and Mahmud, for their ever ready assistance. A definite recommendation! :))
