Hotell nær Levent T-banestasjon i Istanbul

We stayed here for one night while attending a concert, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We were surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a much larger and better suite, which made our short stay even more enjoyable. They also had a 20% discount on all their spa treatments even though we didn’t have the time to use them. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist if needed. A special thank you to Fatih, who welcomed us with a smile and provided exceptional service both at check in and check out. He kindly let us check out an hour later, which we really appreciate. We couldn't have asked for a better hotel experience and would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Istanbul. 5/5⭐️
