BulgariaVery delicious breakfast with a tasty variety of food on offer. The location of the hotel is very convenient and close to Bursa's main points of historical interest with many mosques close by - it was easy to find. The staff were very friendly, kind and attentive and gave their recommendations of what to see, do and where to eat in Bursa; they were more than happy to help. I give a special mention and many thanks to Lamya who staffed the check in desk and was very helpful during my stay at the hotel. She looked after and cared for her guests very well - I am grateful for the hospitality and welcoming I received here at this hotel. The room was very cozy and clean, with a comfortable bed and hotel facilities. I would really like to visit Bursa again and stay here.

A waste of time and money as Telerifik charged us expensive...
A waste of time and money as Telerifik charged us expensive all day full fare ticket covering its entire network when actually the only part open was only halfway up to an unimpressive and unimaginative rest stop, while the line up the mountain to the national park was closed for renovation. There was no warning signage and no ticket discount at the bottom. Apparently the work still continues for a long time.

Easy check in and check out. The concierge staff, Mr. Arda is helpful during our visit. We enjoy the facility such as free sauna/pool. The hospitality of the spa, sauna and gym staff is on the top notch. Located just 11 minutes from the last stop of teleferik. We enjoy the snow rain on the last day of our visit. The room is spacious and clean.

Room was comfy, clean and reasonable price. Location was perfect to explore, ulu cami, koza han and food street. Arround 2km from teleferik and under 1 km from Osman ghazi tomb. Recommended for family and solo.

This hotel truly excels in cleanliness, and I’m thoroughly impressed. The service is warm and welcoming, with valet parking and an honest, trustworthy staff. I’ll definitely be returning! The location is incredibly convenient, with food, attractions, and even the (teleferik) just about 20 minutes away while the bazar is on 7 min. walking.

The hotel has a great location, close to Kent Meydanı and its very nice mall, as well as the Osmangazi metro station, with easy access to trams and buses.
The Grand Mosque and the old bazaar are about a 15-minute walk uphill, or you can use the tram or bus to reach them.
You can also take a bus to the Teleferik station and other areas. The central intercity bus station is less than 5 minutes away by taxi.
The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was good.

Spa is exceptional, high end amenities , seperate for women available. Thermal pool was made the whole experience even more special.

The location of the hotel is very close to the Ulu Camii and Koza Han as well as Bursa Teleferik & Uludag. Very worthwhile.
The room was clean and perfect for the three of us. Clean bathroom
Hotel staff like Mr. Samet & Ms. Pinar they were all very friendly and helpful.
The Turkish breakfast is interesting & everything is good and very amazing. Leaving us with memories that will last a lifetime

Location is just behind LC Waikiki bursa. You can stop at heykel tramway station and also bust stop
Just few minutes walking to bursa grand mosque and koza han. Walking distance to teleferik taxi station and also dolmus. Iskandar kebab just steps away. Our room was upgraded to suites. 2 connection rooms and 1 bathroom. heater work perfectly. Wi-fi also working fine. Restaurants for breakfast good view of entire town. Carrefour just behind hotel

This was my second stay in this hotel. No one would stay a second in a hotel if they had a bad experience. This hotel is very good for the price, they have a very good restaurant. The rooms are well equipped and well maintained. In the lobby theres a small 3rd party shop, they have good stuff with reasonable prices as well. The Uludag Teleferik is just 15 mins drive from the hotel.
