The staff are friendly, and it‘s so convenient to see major tourist attractions on foot as it’s in the heart of Bursa Old Town. It was so easy to get to the bus stop near the hotel by taking bus number 38 from the bus terminal. The room was spacious and the same as pictures. I think I‘ll stay here the next time I come to Bursa.

The location of the hotel was amazing; walking distance to all the major places of interest and restaurants. It was also very quiet. The staff too were wonderful; very helpful. The receptionist even walked me to a shop to help me buy something I needed. 5 stars! Breakfast was a surprise inclusion, and even though everything on offer wasn't exactly what I'd normally have for breakfast, there were lots of options.

A waste of time and money as Telerifik charged us expensive...

A waste of time and money as Telerifik charged us expensive all day full fare ticket covering its entire network when actually the only part open was only halfway up to an unimpressive and unimaginative rest stop, while the line up the mountain to the national park was closed for renovation. There was no warning signage and no ticket discount at the bottom. Apparently the work still continues for a long time.

The hotel has a great location, close to Kent Meydanı and its very nice mall, as well as the Osmangazi metro station, with easy access to trams and buses. The Grand Mosque and the old bazaar are about a 15-minute walk uphill, or you can use the tram or bus to reach them. You can also take a bus to the Teleferik station and other areas. The central intercity bus station is less than 5 minutes away by taxi. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was good.

This was my second stay in this hotel. No one would stay a second in a hotel if they had a bad experience. This hotel is very good for the price, they have a very good restaurant. The rooms are well equipped and well maintained. In the lobby theres a small 3rd party shop, they have good stuff with reasonable prices as well. The Uludag Teleferik is just 15 mins drive from the hotel.
