Hotels near Far Eastern Mall, Taipei

Great location, 4mins walk from Daan station. Clean plush and comfortable room sizes, nice courteous staff. Breakfast pretty simple with a congee and usually 3 dishes: a rice/noodle, egg, a veg... but could be normal for taiwan standards.

Nothing to complain about. Room was very big. There was ample space for us to walk around even after we open our two 28" luggage and two hand carry luggage. Minutes walk to Taipei 101 and the train station. We didn't book the room with breakfast and didn't have time to visit the gym either, hence, unable to comment on both. Our room faces the direction of Songshan airport and we get to see planes landing and flying off. Magnificent view. And to the corner of the balcony of our room, we have the view of Taipei 101. They gave free pineapple tarts too, but, as we are lacto-vegetarian and there are no ingredients stated or dietary restriction stated, so we didn't give it a try.

The Happy Hour (5-7pm) was fantastic

1. The room was surprisingly very spacious. 2. The extra bed wasn't small unlike the typical narrow single bed in most hotels. 3. You could tell the staff are well trained -- very helpful and courteous!

location is perfect, near the metro and convenience stores and malls. The bar and music on level 5 was very enjoyable and chill.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very good amenities, also the use of the breakfast area for guests where tea/coffee was made available after breakfast. Close to the metro and walking distance to some eateries and stores.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Clean and comfy accommodation. Free quality snacks. The shower is hot and strong enough. Nothing to complain at all :)

Loved the room and king size bed. My first time staying at a room with no window, but it was really cozy in its own way. Super spacious with two armchairs and a desk chair. Wide selection of breakfast items though mostly Asian style.

As you would expect from Shangri-La, this is a world class luxury hotel. From the moment you step into reception its very evident this is one amazing hotel where everything is about the guest. I have to rate this hotel a 10/10 from staff service, room, food, horizon club lounge, everything. We have been to many Shangri-La; this has to be one of the best. Special shout to the Lifeguards at the roof top pool, you are amazing!

An intimate boutique hotel with lovely staff and an eclectic collection of contemporary art. Didn't hear a peep from the traffic outside or inside - a perfect escape from thd busy urban environment.

The staff were fantastic! They were helpful and knowledgeable about the city and services available in Taipei. Shout out to the doormen who were cheerful and always ready with a greeting.

The whole zen and minimalist concept was very healing, free kombuchas in mini fridge, yoga mats and meditation bowl in room was a big plus! Room layout is modern and cozy. Hand wash, shampoos smelled amazing! Short walk to Sogo and train station, lots of shops nearby.
