The staff where wonderful very welcoming and they looked after us the cleaning ladies where al smiley had happy when you asked if they could do the room I would use this hotel again if I was going back to Taipei.

Great city hotel - we have stayed at the Minsheng COZZI as well and think both are fantastic. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, water pressure is excellent. They provided a new baby cot and amenities and room was serviced and cleaned each day. Breakfast selection is great - different each day with plenty of options. The lounge on the 2nd floor was helpful as well as it is open all day. Lots of convenience stores nearby as well as a supermarket. Right next to the MRT and walking distance to the Huashan 1914 Creative Park. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would happily stay again! Our room had a street view (which kept our toddler busy) with good soundproofing. Our friends stayed in an interior-facing room with no view - make sure you request a street view.
