Great breakfast, very big room .

The ease of access from the airport was a big plus. I ended up taking the MTR from the Taoyuan Airport Terminal 2 to the hotel. It was pretty easy, even with jet lag. The hotel staff were extremely pleasant and professional, allowing me to check in around 6am (I'd emailed beforehand). I paid for an extra half-day (agreed on beforehand), and they upgraded me to a nicer room than I'd originally booked. The buffet breakfast was heaven.

In general, my experience with Hi-YES was quite far from my expectation. While looking at the hotel on website, I had thought that Hi-YES would be just a medium-qualitiy hotel, the room would be small with limited facilities. But what I saw in my room was quite different: The room was large and very clean. There were even TV, two tables and a fully facilitated wardrobe. And the most interesting part I found was the toilet with auto cleaning system.

Staff were very prepared and did extra to help me as I arrived very early. Very convenient location close to local markets .

The breakfast buffet was especially good, it had many options and the food was fresh

Great location, private water cooler with warm and cold water outlets in the room, room was cozy and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. We came from the airport for just one night stay, 3 stops from international airport with airport line express service. Was just right on the corner from the airline’s exit. Even with 2 luggages it was okay. (You might want to watch out for the ramp on the way from the station to the hotel- Only the corner ramp of the pedestrian walk from the station nearly killed us - pushing us off to the street with scooters flying by. Totally no platform but ramp on that corner!!!)

The staff who attended to me was very helpful and kind. Room is big and spacious.

Great room, lovely bed, comfy temperature and everything you would ask for in a hotel.

Check-in was smoothed, allowed us late check in, allowed us switching a room for one that is free, overall happy.

I booked 2 rooms , 1 room with 3 beds and the other with 2 single bed. The rooms are very spacious, very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to Zhongli train station, going anywhere is possible.
