Best place to walk around YongKangJie street or to direct access to the SongJiang Airport by public bus. Good service from reception stuffs and drink bar in the 7th floor.

The staff were all amazing and looked afer me, as I only speak English. The main desk man helped me with my laundry and also found a local bar and arranged a taxi, and when I came back and had lost my keys he created a new key and made sure it worked. Everything just very customer focessed and caring.

Great location; handy for the metro, shops, cafés, a street market and a beautiful park. All the staff were lovely, friendly and helpful, really going out of their way to help us. The cosy reception area has coffee, snacks and a luggage weighing scale - the latter proved to be very accurate when we checked in at the airport a little later. We loved this place, feeling very at home here. A big thank you to the staff.

Staff were very helpful and accommodating. The location was excellent for my work needs, although it was a bit far from the Taipei Main station. The room is a nice size and facilities are clean. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

It’s 5-min walk to MRT Dingxi, the walkway also okay and safe. Family Mart is just downstairs. The staff is very helpful, dont worry if you cant speak mandarin, they will try to understand you using google translate. Need to pay at the place, we pay by cash, not sure if can pay using other method. Price is same with the one in booking.com. Some people say got cockroach, but our experience is nice, no cockroach. You may ask from receptionist to clean your room daily, it’s free of charge. Probably empty trash bin causing no cockroach to come. Also, the TV channel is quite nice, can watch at night before sleep. Toilet is quite spacious and clean. Water pressure is good and just nice. They provide toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, soap, comb, hairdryer, water heater, but no iron.

The staff are super friendly a d very accomodating. They keep changing my towels everyday and cleaned my room daily. I even requested early checkout because of my flight schedule on the day and the staff was too kind to get to the hotel very early to let me checkout. Thank you so much! I will definitely stay there again once im back in taiwan. Thank you!

central location, next to metro station, easy transport from and to airport and close to starting point of the organised tours that I had booked delicious Asian breakfast with many hot and cold options, fruit and cheese are also available free tea, coffee or hot water, snacks by noand fruit in lounge/breakfast room I recommend the 'Cozzi room' which has an additional bathtub
