Customer service was excellent. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great. Rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. Location was fantastic, an easy 2min walk to the train station and local eats, shops, and walks. We loved the little details like daily snacks in the room and hotel umbrella to borrow in case of rain. We hope to be back in future.

It was closed to Zepp New Taipei the concert hall and the rooms were comfy and clean!

Location fantastic, very easy access to center of city as well as to airport Staff went out of their way to make stay comfortable. Conveniently located. Close to Fuchong MRT station. 6 minutes walk to Huangshi market where you could get some very traditional local breakfast, has Vietnam and Thai cruise too. 10 minutes walk to Banjiao Nanya night market.

The room was large and in a good condition. The staff was friendly. The rooftop pool was awesome and beautiful to enjoy the sunshine.
