Hotel is 5 mins walk away from Dongdamen night market. Zeus was friendly and helpful. Hotel gave us a free room upgrade.

Ten minutes walk to the night market. Work crew arrive early for construction next door and for many months in the future. They gave me paper towels for the shower. They will make the bed but not change the sheets for 3 days. .

Clean room in a convenient location where you could walk all over and have easy access to fabulous parking.

Staff addressed problems promptly. Hotel general area and rooms are kept very cleaned. Good breakfast spreads with both western and Chinese items. Free laundry, the little library next to the laundry room is a quiet oasis.

Incredibly friendly staff, very clean and spacious room coming with bathtub. Very good value for money. Special mention to the incredible staff ! We had to leave 1 day earlier due to change of plan, we didnt ask for refund for the unused night but the lady at the reception insisted on refunding us. I’ve never seen this anywhere else in the world ! Thanks so much for this stay ! If you’re a foreigner visiting Taroko don’t hesitate to come to this place.

Room and toilet was clean as expected. Staff was professional and managed to get a taxi for me promptly when I was rushing to the train station.

Mostly comfortable, spacious There was a group of maybe 100 students that checked in on the same day as me, I could hear them loudly in the corridor but much less in the room so the sound proofing was good.

Excellent location, within walking distance of many places in town. The hotel is quite new (opened in 2023) and very well maintained. We really liked the stylish interior design, especially the artistic lobby and the bright, spacious hallways. Our room was large with a great view, a comfortable window-side sitting area, and a very comfortable bed. The staff were warm, professional, and very helpful — they helped arrange a taxi for our Taroko day trip which we liked a lot and gave great restaurant recommendations. Breakfast had a wide variety of choices and the service was excellent.
