We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect just a short walk to and surrounded by some of the best shopping, amazing local food, and plenty of cafes and restaurants. Public transport was also incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the rest of the city. The combination of a great location, excellent food options, and easy access to transport made our trip so much more enjoyable. We'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Taipei!

Nothing to complain about. Room was very big. There was ample space for us to walk around even after we open our two 28" luggage and two hand carry luggage. Minutes walk to Taipei 101 and the train station. We didn't book the room with breakfast and didn't have time to visit the gym either, hence, unable to comment on both. Our room faces the direction of Songshan airport and we get to see planes landing and flying off. Magnificent view. And to the corner of the balcony of our room, we have the view of Taipei 101. They gave free pineapple tarts too, but, as we are lacto-vegetarian and there are no ingredients stated or dietary restriction stated, so we didn't give it a try.

Location is amazing. Near stores, cafe, restaurants, grocery and the subway!!! Toilet has a bidet 😂 Bathroom is very spacious and heater is perfect.

Great location right next to Taipei 101 and plenty of restaurants and mall across the road . Metro station at front door . Bar and restaurant on site was excellent . Staff exceptional

Great hotel in Taipei downtown, we got the rooms for a good price. The staff helped us at check-in, and the room was comfortable and clean.

We stayed at Taipei Charming Hotel as a family of five and had a great experience. The room and bathroom were spacious, which made a big difference for our family, and we loved the view of Taipei 101. The all-you-can-eat snacks were a fun bonus, and the included round of cocktails was a nice touch. We even received a New Year loot bag, which felt thoughtful and festive. Service was excellent throughout our stay, and the buffet breakfast was filling. Overall, it is a comfortable and enjoyable stay—highly recommended for families.

A price worthy hotel to stay. Wonderful behaviour of the staffs. Clean & Vintage hotel. They have utilized small space to give the best experience. Unlimited free 24h coffee facility of varying flavor is a must to appreciate advantage. I stayed in 801& it has a city view window with 101 View. Washroom has hot water supply. I was fasting during my stay there in ramadan & in-room water boiling facility helped me make noodles for late night meal. Location is just beside City Hall Metro station. If I can visit Taipei again then I will definitely try to stay here.

The 7th floor area where you can make coffee, prepare food (please wash any utensils that you use). The hotel staff were very nice and very efficient, they fixed a small issue with a safe box in my room in minutes. The area has luxury shops and you can buy food 24/7.

- the location virtually right in front of MRT exit - the staff was very helpful for check in and check out. - Bonus point for letting me use the lobby area and restroom to re-pack and rest up before leaving for airport. - The room is spacious enough and generally clean. Some dust in the deep corner but i don't mind. - Hotel allows Uber Eats delivery - super convenient for early morning and late evening cravings. - AC is very cold, good for getting back in from a sweaty walk. (Although you may want to turn off in the night because it can get too cold.)

The hotel is perfectly located very near the Taipei 101 building, which is convenient. We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. They handled the communication very well; they responded promptly to all my inquiries during the booking process. Throughout our stay, the staff were incredibly polite and eager to help us. We arrived early and left our luggage at the front desk before check-in. By the time we returned to officially check in, we were delighted to find that our bags had already been delivered to our room. A highlight of our trip was my daughter’s birthday, which fell on Valentine's Day—the hotel surprised her with a thoughtful birthday gift! We were so touched by their hospitality.

Perfect location. Walking distance to lots of landmarks and shopping places. Restaurants nearby the small alleys are awesome.

Clean and accessible. Lobby staff and concierge was very accommodating, helped us to book two taxis to our next hotel.

Atmosphere, Location, Professionally of Stuff

i liked everything about the hotel. the room decor, bedsheets, towels, slippers, bathrobe,the toto washlet toilet, free mini bar, cocktail hour every night, the extensive and delicious breakfast buffet and the excellent service. plus the location close to a metro station.
