Breakfast that was served to room was delicious. Baby cot and steriliser were well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. Play room was cosy. Loved the smart switches.

We had a fantastic stay in a river view suite, the view from our room (726) is incredible as photos attached. Very thoughtful layout with complimentary drinks and “facial masks” in the fridge. All staffs from the entrance to the restaurant and cleaners were very friendly. Special thanks to Eric and Amelia and A-Long at the reception who delivered extraordinary greeting and service. We booked this hotel due to the closeness to the airport and the location near Tamsui. The location were just perfect for my needs. The hotel is brand new, great design, wonderful view to the river, great facilities such as Osen, pool and a childrens pool. We booked also the evening buffet, that were exceeded our expectations by far. There were all kind of fish, snails, mussels, lobsters, sushi,sashimins, all kind of meat and vegetables dishes, all kind side dishes, endless choices of cake, ice cream, drinks. It was a wonderful experience. The same were the breakfast.

The hotel is very clean and comfy. The restaurant have nice food. Have to plan your budget as expenses may be on the higher side similar to Taipei city.

Beautiful, beautiful view!! Very clean and comfortable accommodation. The private hotspring is spotless with windows that could be opened for fresh air. The staff were very kind and professional, service superb! We left behind an item by accident, and the staff promptly arranged for the item to be couriered to our next accommodation.

The location is excellent and great with alot of foods around.. the transport is another good point. With trains and buses within the hotel

We stayed for 2 nights, and it was nice that we got free upgrade to a bigger room. Room was tastefully furnished, with private hotspring bath. The free breskfast was excellent. The place looks much better than the pictures, and everything was great. Hotel is very near Xinbeitou MRT stn, but it was up a steep slope and stairs. There shd be an easier but maybe longer route. Besides visiting Beitou, location is convenient for visiting Tamsui and Yangmingshan, and the price/ value is much better than taipei city center.

The hot spring/spa facilities were excellent

Excellent experience at this hotspring hotel. Staff were helpful and friendly, environment was peaceful, and the private hotspring in our room was very nice.

Location is around 10 mins walk from Xinbeitou station, so is one of the more accessible hot spring resorts in Beitou. Views are superb looking onto adjacent park, hot spring museum and library from both the room and the in-house cafe and bar. Room quality was exceptional, on par with a Japanese ryokan - spotless condition, no noise leakage and super comfortable bed and tatami flooring. Hot spring bathtub in room was blissful (did not try the public bath or sauna) with similar view to the main room. Breakfast buffet was great and the complimentary beers and biscuits in the room were much appreciated.

The break was good ! My 10 year old daughter asked if they could offer hot chocolate drink for the kids and add pastries and waffles :-)

To end our trip to Taiwan, we wanted to come and enjoy the Beitou hot springs. While searching for accommodation offers we discovered the Grand Pleasure Spring hotel at an extremely competitive price. As the reviews were good we decided to book. In the end, we are extremely happy to have made this choice. Everything is perfect ! The location is close to all Beitou attractions, the rooms are super comfortable and very clean. The private hot bath is completely amazing and so comfortable after a long day of traveling. And the staff, especially the receptionist, are lovely, polite and helpful. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend our friends to come here when they come to Beitou.

Villa 32 is a very special place. Peaceful setting, attentive staff, beautiful hot springs, exquisite food, the list goes on. I spent a weekend here to 'reset' after a busy time and returned home completely refreshed. A special thanks to Susan and the team at reception who took the time to help me find some edible souvenirs in Beitou on my final day.
