Breakfast that was served to room was delicious. Baby cot and steriliser were well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. Play room was cosy. Loved the smart switches.

Staying in this hotel for the 2nd time and it is still amazing. Super friendly and helpful staffs, great rooms, lovely views. Very comfortable. Free parking spaces downstairs. Breakfast is nice too.

The hotel is very clean and comfy. The restaurant have nice food. Have to plan your budget as expenses may be on the higher side similar to Taipei city.

Very good location near the metro station and the park. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The rooms and all other areas of the hotel are beautifully furnished. The onsen and pool area is wonderful and peaceful to relax after a busy day.

We’ve stayed here on several occasions now, so when my parents came to Taipei, I knew we had to take them so they could experience Beitou! My wife and I stayed in the Sakura suite again, and it was exceptional. Always a relaxing stay; the rooms are incredible!

But now for the positive things that make you love the hotel. The management and staff are very friendly and accommodating. The house and the rooms are very clean, and the room service is excellent. I felt very comfortable almost like home. The next day the internet worked and the breakfast was of very good quality. Although the hotel was fully booked, there was no stress or rush. A big THANKS to the staff, you couldn't do better 👍👍. I go to Taiwan twice a year and I love coming back. Although this hotel only has three stars, it surpasses most four-star hotels I know in terms of quality and performance. A big compliment to the management and the employees 🙏🙏 PS: I have never slept in such big and such good beds😍

Unbeatable value for money. A 3-minute walk away from Guandu MRT station with direct access to central Taipei. Don’t expect any luxury, but everything was clean and fully functional : silent & efficient air conditioning, good water pressure from the shower, western-style toilets, very light thanks to window in the room and bathroom with no beautiful view but zero visibility from anyone into the room. Due to the proximity of the road, we were expecting it to be very noisy but actually it wasn’t. Icing on the cake was free access to washing machine and washing powder despite the very low price, also free unlimited access to drinking water.

Excellent experience at this hotspring hotel. Staff were helpful and friendly, environment was peaceful, and the private hotspring in our room was very nice.

Staff were very attentive, guiding us from the entrance to the lobby, then taking us up to our room and showing us the features of the room. All guest rooms include a private bath with onsen water. Our room included a sitting room and a separate room for the futon already laid out. The hotel itself was fairly grand, with mesmerizing interiors. Exploring it was quite a fun mini adventure. You can also enjoy the public bath as well, which was fairly big, but with some sections that were closed. We didn't do the dinner plan, but breakfast is included, which was buffet style and included a lot of options to choose from.

The break was good ! My 10 year old daughter asked if they could offer hot chocolate drink for the kids and add pastries and waffles :-)

Super nice design. Probably one of the nicest looking hotels I have ever stayed in. I got my own hot spring inside my room and the view of Beitou park.

Really loved the whole experience at Aloft. The staff were helpful, they even surprised me with a birthday cake, really appreciate the kind gesture. Room was spacious and clean, very well equipped as well. Interior was very new and made it a very enjoyable stay. There is also a convenience store just less than 3 minutes walk away for late night cravings.

I love how they cleaned our room and replaced the towels and replenished our water and complimentary food in the room. I love my whole stay here
