I like the staff, from reception, housekeeping all the way to security staff, they are all professional, cooperative and supportive. Also it is very safe accommodation, has good views and strong wifi.

The hotel was centrally located and close to most of the offices around. The breakfast was a good standard and good value breakfast, and the staff were so helpful. The rooms were clean and I loved the service.

We arrived early at 10 AM in the morning, hours before check-in and were provided with a room just 30 minutes later. The location is excellent in downtown DAR and in walking distance from the ferry station. The staff is really really nice and helpful and the rooms have A/C and are en-suites. The hotel provides coffee, tea, and a light breakfast in the morning and has a balcony from which you can observe the buzzing city life of DAR. It definitely has an excellent price value ratio and we would always come back to Sofia Hotel. Asante Sana!
